This item looks quite intriguing, but I’ve never opened it, so my best guess is that the lime-green sheets or cards visible in the package are meant for writing notes or recipes to insert into the greeting card. Or it could also be a second set of blank greeting cards? The manufacturer’s name or location is uncertain, though it could be Japan or Taiwan.
