Vintage Miniature Purple Glass Bottle: STRAUB HELLER "TREE OF LIFE ELIXER SINCE 1880." The condition is excellent, no chips or cracks. The original cork is included, although it has fallen slightly inside the top opening. There are plenty of markings on each side, and the base is glass embossed, Made in Taiwan.

The elixir maker named "STRAUB HULLER," although written on this jar, was likely a simplified version of Straubmüller or Müller, a 19th-century figure associated with an "elixir" that was actually a type of tonic or patent medicine. The actual Straubmüller was Dr. Friedrich Müller, who created a widely advertised tonic in the late 1800s.
