This is a lovely vintage Hand Painted Delfts Blue Dual-Handle Miniature Pedestal Cup, I think. Not really sure what it's purpose was, but it's cute, seems old, in great condition with no chips or cracks, but some crazing below the surface, standard on old well-made pottery. The bottom still has the original gold label stating, HANDPAINTED, Made in Holland.
