There is a lot of toilet humor here, as well as crossword puzzles and trivia quizzes. “Blue Jay Ways” and “Winning on the Prairies,” both by Nick Pashley, are the most literate entries. The best joke is the first one in the first story: “The only thing easier than making the NHL Playoffs is getting a Canada Council grant.” -Reviewed by Dean Tudor on Canadian Book Review Annual Online.
