UNITED CO-OPERATIVE BAKING SOCIETY LTD, Antique Tin Container from Ireland & Scotland is a really old, hinged lid, antique tin can container, that has many dings, scuffs and overall wear to it, but still retains a nice look and feel to it. There's a unique old-style of hinge on this tins lid, and it features an image of a water fall. The sides of the tin all have the Scottish plaid and thistle design. The United Co-operative Baking Society operated in Glasgow, Clydebank, and Belfast, and this tin probably held biscuits in it's time. Made in the United Kingdom.
