This is a unique Heavy Glass Tumbler, with a Glass Divider in the middle, and I'm not sure why. It is well-made, and does have some initials and a number etched into the bottom, so probably the artist. I think it may be from Mexico, and it may have been used to make a drink from two different liquors, and if so, maybe that's why I can't remember it?
