ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Katie was born in 2002 on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. She lived on a small farm. As a young girl she was sweet and happy. She loved her dog, parrot and donkey, enjoyed playing her musical instruments, sold wild blackberries at the end of her driveway, and adored her sister and all of her older cousins. When "The Ravens" was published, Katie was 12 years old in 2015. Katie is thrilled and excited to have reached this point! She hopes you enjoy her story.
