This is a recent addition to my collection, from Nova Scotia. This East Coast Smokers Tin features PAISLEY DESIGN in overall yellow patina. Removable top. INSIDE is a 1980's Canadian Loblaw's NO-NAME CIGARETTE PACKAGE LINER! (Remember when?)
The almost matching Match Box Cover is made of brass with a resin-coated-design on the top. Inside the match cover is an original vintage LA PETITE SAFETY MATCHES FROM SWEDEN, box has minor stain and no matches. An amazing combo of smokes and lighter collection...imagine the kitchen-table stories they could tell, if only they could talk! Containers made in Britain, Canada and Sweden.
