This pair of PAIR OF JAPANESE FLOW-BLUE STYLED SIX-INCH BREAD PLATES caught my eye years ago, and not only because they were matching, but more because they look alike but really have many differences, and that fascinated me. They share the flow-blue style of transfer printing on ceramics. Their condition is excellent, with no chips or cracks guaranteed, but plenty of crazing just below the surface, which attests to their age! The back of both is imprinted, Made in Japan.ย
