Dr. Frank Elliott Archibald (Born: March 26, 1903, Truro, Colchester County, Nova Scotia - Died: December 8, 1988, Windsor, Hants County, Nova Scotia) was a distinguished pastor, preacher, and author. Born in Truro, he is a graduate of Dalhousie University, Pine Hill Divinity Hall, and the University of Edinburgh. A past president of the Maritime Conference of the United Church, he was honoured by Pine Hill with the D.D degree in 1936.
