This is a cardboard box containing some original paper faste ners that were actually MADE in the United States of America, by Swingline of Long Island City, New York! And for the young reader, paper fasteners were used to hold paper together, and the prong length signified how muck paper you wanted to hold together. BONUS: The label on the top of this box is an FSN (Federal Stock Number) which means it was a U.S. Government issued item.
