DENNISON'S No. 23 PAPER FASTENERS Antique Tin Can Container from the turn-of-the-century, is in stunning condition! It's a small round container that once housed paper fasteners, which were used to hold multiple pages of paper together, before they invented the stapler.

This coloured container has not only retained it's original gold colour, but has also taken on an additional lovely patina. The embossed removable top is in lovely condition. Made in Philadelphia, The United States of America. This tin would be an excellent addition to your 'Vintage Office Supply Collection".

DID YOU KNOW? The Dennison Manufacturing Company was originally founded in 1844 by brothers Aaron and Eliphalet W. Dennison, as an adjunct to their father's jewelry business, which was originally a jewelry-box making company run out of the family home in Brunswick, Maine, during the 1840s.
