A contemporary stainless steel hip flask gift set with a laser-engraved military or regimental crest featuring a crown, pine tree motif, and the inscription "Juno Beach," with a pair of matching small cups and a filling funnel, all nestled in a satin-lined presentation box. The condition is excellent, with no damage or dents, and, if memory serves me correctly, it’s only been used once in 2015—briefly!
The engraving features the official heraldic crest of Canadian Forces Base Borden, in Ontario, alongside a custom inscription for "Juno Beach"—referencing both the name of their Junior Ranks Mess, and the historic D-Day landings—making it a customized military base or regimental souvenir that is both sentimental, and highly collectible.
