This Antique Miniature OIL CAN TIN CONTAINER is in very good condition.The 'needle-nose' spout screws off easily, and the original washer is still intact. I was intrigued by it because the thread to remove the spout is hidden, which was actually a lot of technology at the time for such a simple item. Condition seems great, with no dents or damage, but it does display a wonderful overall worn and rusty patina. I believe this size was used for sewing machines, but they were also made to fill lamps, small engines, or to lubricate just about anything that moved. It would look great in any mancave, garage or workshop!ย ย
