Condition is Excellent as it was protected for decades in an enclosed display cabinet. Guaranteed no chips or cracks. The crest and all markings on the figurine are in perfect condition with no scratches or fade. The base displays Shelley China, along with the number 408 which may be a company stock number. Made in England.
