Mid-Century Canadian Souvenir Pocket Photo Album: '10 REAL PHOTOGRAPH SNAPSHOTS' of HARRISON HOT SPRINGS, British Columbia, Canada 1940's, contains all ten original real photographs in this Snapshot Album probably from around the 1940's. Presented in a printed cardboard mailing pouch. The pouch is in excellent condition, with only a fountain pen address written in the mailing section (addressed to Montreal, Quebec, but never mailed as there is no stamp). Each of the small black & white snapshots of The Spa at Harrison Hot Springs and the surrounding area, has the title and info of the scene printed on the back, with a white framed border on the front. Printed by The Coast Publishing Co. in Vancouver. Made in Canada.
DID YOU KNOW? Harrison Hot Springs is a village located at the southern end of Harrison Lake in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia. It is a member of the Fraser Valley Regional District; its immediate neighbour is the District of Kent, which includes the town of Agassiz. And it was named for Benjamin Harrison, the deputy governor of the Hudson's Bay Company, 1835–1839.
