1973 Canadian $1 PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND Centennial (1873-1973) Brilliant Uncirculated Nickel Dollar Coin. Packaged unencapsulated, in Blue leather-like clamshell case and gold-imprinted coin presentation holder with the crest and word "CANADA". Coin & Case in Very Good Condition, but there is a small tiny tear on front bottom edge of case (see photos please).
This special coin commemorates Prince Edward Island's Centennial of the 1873 accession to Canada. It features P.E.I.'s Provincial Legislature building, above is written 'CANADA DOLLAR' and below is 'Prince Edward Island, Ile Du Prince Edouard, 1873-1973'.
