This perfect condition package of Semaphore Signalling Cards, in original box, with original EATON'S price sticker of .45 cents, was meant to teach young Canadian Boy Scouts the "Easiest Method for Self Instruction" in the art of Semaphore Signalling. (a system conveying information at a distance by means of visual signals with hand-held flags) The cards were published by the National Council Boy Scouts of Canada, in Ottawa. All the cards are present and accounted for (A-Z) along with 5 specialty cards and the Instruction Card. A Canadian Classic, An Eaton Classic and a Boy Scouts Classic, all in one small package!
