This rare 1947 Red Leather Canadian Army Pocket Manual and Driving Permit contains the official Regulations for Military Operated Vehicles of the Canadian Army, and accredited license. It is in excellent condition and was used by R.C.A.S.C. Officer Cadet Ziegler L.S., for several years. See photos for more details, as this booklet also includes a wealth of historical information.
